3/4 cup Warm Water
1 tsp Active Dry Yeast
2 cups Artisan Bread Flour
1 1/2 tsp Salt
1. In a large bowl, combine water and salt. Mix until salt dissolves. Next add in yeast, and mix well.
2. Slowly add flour, mixing at the same time. Next, take your dough out of the bowl, and put it on a floured surface. Then knead 10 to 15 minutes. Once done, put the dough back in the bowl, cover with plastic wrap or a towel, and let rise overnight.
3. Put a cooking stone in the oven, and preheat to 500°. Then wait 45 minutes for the stone to heat.
4. Meanwhile, take your dough and split it into two. Then, roll out your pizzas and add your favorite toppings. Once the oven is ready, put the pizzas in the oven using a pizza peel.
