French bread

3 cups Artisan Bread Flour

1-1/2 cups Warm Water

2 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Active Dry Yeast or Instant Yeast

Directions:

1: in a large bowl, add water, making sure the water is in between 120 to 130°.

2: Add in salt, and mix until salt dissolves. Then add yeast, and mix well.

3: Next, add in the flour, bit by bit while mixing.

4. Now, cover your bowl with a towel or plastic wrap, and wait overnight.

4. Put a cooking stone in the oven, and preheat oven to 500°. Next wait 45 minutes for cooking stone to warm up.

5. Take your dough out of your bowl, and split it into two. Next, shape it into baguette form, and put into the prepared oven, using a pizza peel.

6. Finally, cook for 15 minutes, or until crust is golden brown.
